Inside Tiger Woods' Ex Elin Nordegren's $49.5M Beach House

Former model Elin Nordegren bought a Florida mansion with a bit over $12 million after getting a $100 million divorce settlement from Tiger Woods. Living with her boyfriend, Jordan Cameron, and babies for almost a decade, Elin lately sold the property for $49.5 million. Check out how she remodeled the house to her own taste!

1. A Caribbean-style House

The home is 25,000-square-foot, and sits on 1.4 waterfront acres in Seminole Landing, an upscale gated community south of the Seminole Golf Club. Designed for "relaxed, refined modern living," the house boasts Caribbean and resort inspiration throughout, as it overlooks the Atlantic ocean.

2. Living Room

The highlight of the living room is a floor-to-ceiling glass wall that capitalizes on the uninterrupted views of the ocean and brings in the cool sea breeze.

3. Kitchen

The kitchen features a white granite chef's island with ample storage, a second island with seating for four, an informal dining area, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.

4. Home Office

Adjacent to the living room, there is a modern home office with a big window overlooking the backyard and the ocean.

5. Backyard

Outside the living room, the backyard features an in-ground pool and a spa amid the palm trees. Another highlight is a wide, flat lawn that could easily accommodate a tented gala.

The backyard also features a cabana in case Elin and her guests need some rest.

7. Chandelier

Back inside, the home boasts some extravagant touches. By the staircase, there is a crystal chandelier that cascades all the way down to the floor.
