Unlike eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing or tweezing, brow tinting is a color service that uses semi-permanent dye to enhance the color, shape and thickness of your eyebrows. If you were born with pale, fine Renaissance brows, tinting is ideal because it can add color to your brows; And if you are have over-plucked eyebrows, tinting also boosts volume.
Let’s scroll down to see how to tint your eyebrows by yourself!
Step 1. Clean your eyebrows and brush through them as usual.
1. Leave your eyebrows alone for at least two weeks; one month is better. Yes, we know it is hard for you, but it will make the shaping smoother.
2. Before you start to shape, mark the spots. Mark each spot with a brush or a pencil. It works as a guide for filling in your eyebrows. Once you’re done, wipe the excess off.
Step 2. Mix the color with the developer.
Step 3. Apply the mixture to your eyebrows. Start from the front part.
Step 4. Wait for 5 minutes. Check how dark your brows are.
Tip: Five-minute intervals are needed. Don't forget to check how dark your brows are every five minutes because the color developers work faster than you think.
Step 5. Use a wet paper towel to wipe off the color. Then scrub your eyebrows back and forth to make sure you have removed it all.
Step 6. Let your eyebrows thoroughly dry.
